Sexxpot, the First Aphrodisiacal Grass for Women Hits the Market

  • “Sexxpot” features low levels of THC, and its creator defines it as the strain that women “really want.” The variety was introduced a few months ago at several events drawing a great number of women interested in cannabis.

Karyn Wagner is the creator of a cannabis strain that she herself defines as an aphrodisiac, and which was specially designed for women. Her invention is called "Sexxpot", a derivative of another strain called "Mr Nice." According to Wagmer it features a THC content of just 14%, with the aim of producing a sensual and psychological effect. Its slogan calls them "the flowers that she really wants."

According to Wagner, who is a member of the American Cannabis Nurses Association, women need less THC than men, making "Sexxpot" ideal for them. The plant also helps to regulate the body's endocannabinoid system and to restore hormonal balance, all without neglecting its therapeutic properties.

This new variety was rolled out a few months ago at some forums designed just for women, where leaders from a range of different sectors showed their cannabis products to those present.

Over the course of history many have reported enjoying sex more thanks to cannabis, as the plant boosts the body's sensitivity and delays orgasm. As a result, marijuana has always been considered an aphrodisiacal product, and the appearance of this specific strain only adds to the evidence.

At this time the variety is only available in California, where more and more dispensaries are requesting it, and it will soon reach Colorado, Oregon and Washington D.C. Others will have to wait.
