    Is the packaging of my seed orders discreet?

    Yes. At Dinafem Seeds, we know how important it is to send seeds safely and discreetly without raising suspicion. That’s why orders are placed in a padded brown envelope in which there is no sign of the content. This way, security and discretion are guaranteed.

    What shipping options are there in Spain?


    * Mainland: Shipped by Tipsa courier service with a delivery time of 48/72 hours from dispatch.
    * The Balearics: Shipped by certified mail with a delivery time of 5-10 working days from dispatch.
    * The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Shipped by regular mail and delivered within 10-15 working days from dispatch.

    What shipping options are there in France?


    * DPD: all orders are automatically shipped by DPD in France. The delivery time is of 48/72 hours from dispatch. The only exceptions are Corsica, where orders are sent by DHL Express 24-hour service from dispatch, and in overseas territories (Reunion, Martinique, Guadeloupe…), where regular mail is used, taking up to 20 working days from dispatch.

    What shipping options are there in Europe?


    * DHL Express: the delivery time is of 24 hours from dispatch. Available in all European countries except for:


    * Cyprus and Malta: 48 hours
    * Bulgaria, 5-10 days and Madeira and the Azores: orders are sent by regular mail and delivered within 10-15 working days from dispatch.

Payment FAQs

    Can I pay my order by credit card?

    Yes. In fact, we strongly recommend using this payment method because it's the easiest, fastest, safest and cheapest method of all.
    * Available for: any country allowed to place orders. In Spain and France, all seed orders over €30 payed by credit card are shipped for FREE.

    Is it safe to provide my card details?

    Your card details are sent directly to the bank, whose website is always protected by the highest level of encryption. As a result, a padlock and ‘https’ will appear in the browser bar. The ‘s’ at the end of http means that it is a secure site. We do not hold your details at any time.

    Can I pay my order by bank transfer?

    Yes. If you select this payment method, you’ll be sent an email with your order number and our bank details so that you can make the payment. As soon as we receive it, your order will be shipped. Transfer must be made in euros. However, this option is not available for all the countries.

    Is COD available as a payment method?

    Yes. If you choose this payment method, you’ll pay for your order at the time of delivery. Extra charges will apply for COD shipments. If you’re not at home, the courier will leave a delivery notification in the postbox and you’ll be able to collect it from your local post office.  Only orders  €750 at most will be eligible for COD.     What are the best storing conditions for my seeds?

    If properly preserved, cannabis seeds can be stored for 2-3 years, with no negative effects on their properties.  For the best results, keep them in a cool place such as in a refrigerator (in the crisper drawer) or in a room where the temperature is low and constant.     How can I germinate my cannabis seeds?

    In spite of the many seed germinating methods available, we recommend using jiffy pellets, which are dehydrated and pressed peat pellets that, when damp, will help your plants survive in their first days of life. All you have to do is:
