Can I claim for non-germinated seeds?
Yes, of course. Before producers, we've been growers and so we know how frustrating it is when those seeds you have so eagerly bought don't germinate as they should. For those few non-germinated seeds, we have a 3-month replacement guarantee (from receipt of order), not applicable to freebies.
The replacement of non-germinated seeds by Dinafem Seeds, LaMota Seeds and Humboldt Seed Organization are dealt directly with the corresponding seed bank. When it comes to the other seed banks, we replace those seeds by our own seeds in order to speed up administrative procedures for the sake of our customers.
All you have to do is get in touch with our Customer Service Department writing to pedidos@dinafem.org, indicating your delivery note number or order number and explaining which germination method you have used. If you have used an adequate germination method, you may be asked to send us some pictures of the seeds to see if the problem clearly lies in them. If so, we will replace them as quickly as possible.
