- California Hash Plant
Perfect for: Fans of old-school Afghan Indica genetics who like strong tastes, soothing effects, and genuine hash.
Blue Hash is a feminised cannabis seed with the mark of the Afghan mountains burned into her soul. At Dinafem Seeds, we felt the urge to create a tough strain with the true power of nature that would offer the cannabis growers living in regions with difficult, cold, and humid weather conditions the chance to grow blithely. Obtaining a quality product in such environments has always been quite an impossible task but now, besides possible, it can be done with good yields and in a remarkably short time.
A miracle? Not at all, it's just the result of a job well done by our team of breeders, who set to work and quite rightly decided that working with two top genetics such as California Hash Plant and Blueberry could lead to a very interesting strain. An all-around Indica-dominant (60%) hybrid that is just perfect for the elaboration of high-end hashish and resin extractions.
Blue Hash turns into dense and sturdy plants with jagged leaves. Their size will depend on the growing conditions (pot, substrate, growing method…) and on the grower’s aspirations. Outdoors, Blue Hash can reach heights of up to 3 meters but, if the space is limited and we decide to grow indoors, a rather small pot can be used and so the plant won’t stretch in excess. Her Blue legacy is the incredibly beautiful appearance she acquires at the end of the flowering if the temperature drops by 10ºC at night, boasting a marvellous purple and violet colouring.
When it comes to the yield, Blue Hash is a cannabis strain that leaves no one unhappy because her productive capacity is more than satisfactory, delivering 475 g/m2 indoors and 1100 g/plant outdoors. And it’s not just any product… When, by early/mid-October, plants are ready for harvest outdoors, we can already discern what’s about to come. But once cannabis growers start harvesting, their eyes twinkle with excitement at the thought of the top-quality extractions and hash they could elaborate with such dense and compact buds covered in so many trichomes.
Aromas and flavours
Blue Hash showcases the typical organoleptic traits of pure Afghan genetics. In this case, this cannabis hybrid presents a very intense hash scent accompanied by hints of earth and berries that make it even richer and more special.
The 12-16 % THC content of Blue Hash provokes a very potent, long-lasting and relaxing Indica-like buzz. At first, a physically soothing sensation takes over your senses and leaves you fully relaxed. This marijuana plant is also suitable for a wide variety of therapeutic uses such as for alleviating anorexia and muscle tension. An incredible Indica jewel that your collection shouldn’t do without!
Blue Hash is a real beast and she'll thrive wherever you decide to grow her. A survivor that can be grown in the mountains or in hostile climates because, unlike most Indica strains, she copes extraordinarily well with moisture and extreme cold. She’s so tough that anyone can grow her, no matter how inexperienced the grower is.
It’s only necessary to remember she’s not particularly greedy, so a standard fertilization will be enough for her to thrive. In short, she’s a great choice for those living in harsh weather conditions as well as for those with little experience in the growing field. Top-quality results in record time. What more could one desire?
Total amount of terpenes*: 1.224%
*Cannabis contains over 100 terpenes. These compounds create the aroma unique to each strain and can interact with cannabinoids. This report refers only to the 15 most abundant terpenes in this strain.
These results have been obtained by liquid chromatography coupled to a UV-visible HPLC Detector (HPLC-UV/VIS) for identifying the cannabinoids and by gas chromatography coupled to a flame ionization detector (GC-FID) for the collection of terpenes. The equipment has been previously calibrated and quality control samples were run to assure the accuracy of the results. The data shown here is the average of samples coming from several plants grown from seeds by different growers.
The data contained within this report was collected in accordance with the requirements defined by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in their Recommended Methods for the Identification and Analysis of Cannabis and Cannabis Products. We hereby attest that the information contained within the report has been reviewed for accuracy and checked against the quality control requirements for each method.
