Blue Widow is a feminised cannabis seed that leaves a deep imprint wherever she goes, which is no surprise, being one of the most admired and most highly regarded cannabis jewels of the international market. At Dinafem Seeds, we wanted to create something spectacular and we soon agreed to cross two cannabis heavyweights with rich and complex traits: Blueberry and White Widow. Humbly speaking, we can't but say that we couldn't have done it better. The mix of these two strains has resulted in a top-notch and balanced 50% Indica/50% Sativa hybrid of exceptional quality that has been very highly rated by experts in the sector.

Morphology
Blue Widow is a marijuana strain with a breathtaking pedigree, meaning incredibly beautiful, sturdy and stable plants are obtained with her. Although not particularly big, they're surprisingly resistant and compact, with lots of branches that end up completely full of bulky buds at the end of the flowering. And, as the icing on the cake, some beautiful purplish and blueish hues cover their entire body when the temperature drops at night during the flowering.
Yield
Blue Widow produces generous top-quality crops of compact, bulky buds completely covered by the typical thick layer of white and smelly resin. The yield indoors could rise to 525 g/m2 and to 1100 g/plant outdoors; some very interesting figures knowing, besides, that we’re talking about top-quality weed and high-end irresistible resin.
Aromas and flavours
Blue Widow showcases very attractive organoleptic qualities, with buds giving off an intense and sweet fruity aroma accompanied by sweet-and-sour hints and some touches of berries. Cultivation
Blue Widow has an enormous potential that has to be exploited. How? The key is to make sure she receives a balanced diet and that the growing conditions (light, ventilation, tidiness and cleanliness) are just perfect. Any type of grower, experienced or not, can obtain great results with her because she grows vigorously. In a remarkably short time, in some 50-55 days indoors, and using a growing method that we master, the results will be more than satisfactory. Outdoors, she thrives in temperate, Mediterranean climates and, of course, under the protection of the greenhouse. In either case, she’ll be ready for harvest by early to mid-October. If we live in a humid region instead, there's nothing to worry about because she copes well with all kinds of weather.

Great Strain
This strain was great! Responded well to topping and LST. Haven’t had a chance to sample it yet as it’s still curing but if it taste anything like how it smells it should be fantastic. I did have a few tops that had to be removed due to bud rot near the end of flowering. All in all it was a pleasant plant to grow. -

Dinafem seeds is a solid breeder with many great strains, Blue Widow is my go to strain for the last twelve years. It’s a great strain for muscle spasms, insomnia and pain. This plant has big fat colas but needs no support while budding, saving time and energy on my part. There are many new seed companies out there, I recommend Dinafem with no reservations. They are not new to the seed game and I have never had a issue with any of their strains. Happy growing. -

Very impressive
This plant was amazing! My pheno showed a strong indica dominance. I accidentally broke the main stem when low stress training, which ended up being a benefit because the ramining branches shot up in flowering, and produced some of the longest biggest buds I have harvested. This was one of the smaller plants in the tent but produced the most top quality flower due to its long buds that had minimal fan leaves allowing for the light to ripen all of the colas. The smell was one of my favourites, like berries, resin production was very high, and the smoke tastes great. This is a clear award winner -

Very healthy and easy strain to grow. Hard to cover smell, my house smelled like blueberry muffins. Taste like gas on the inhale and blueberry on the exhale. You can't go wrong with this choice. -

Blueberry Widow is a cross between Blueberry x White Widow. The bud has a dense green glossy look, covered in THC. A hint of dark blue inside and outside the bud. Good smoke
Ran one seed last year in my veggie garden with wonderful results in the Midwest USA. It finished the first day of October. Great berry aroma and chilled out buzz. I am not running 4 inside and a few outdoor. I haven't put them into flowering yet but they are very uniform plants so far . I expect great results. Recommended strain. -
Growing indoors.
My question is can you grow blue widow indoors under an HPS light or are they outdoor only?... Because i want to try this strain out... Also, Is a 250w LED good for just one plant?...- Hi, you can grow this strain in indoor an outdoor too, there's no problem with her because she shows a good resistance for the mold and the plagues. beautiful plant, smells like blueberry hash. nice all day smoke. mine Loves supercropping. i've gotten some monster buds off of this plant using this method. super fast finish for me as well. last year i grabbed a few that i had outdoor a lil early and made the best concentrate that i have yet to enjoy..and Lots of it. great all around plant for my garden. -
